At MELONY, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following policy.
1. Return Eligibility
✅ Accepted:
Unused, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags and packaging.
Defective or incorrect items (we’ll cover return shipping).
❌ Not Accepted:
Final sale items (marked "Final Sale" at checkout).
Used, damaged, or altered items.
Personalized/custom-made products.
2. Return Timeframe
Standard Returns: Within 30 days of delivery.
3. How to Return
Step 1: Contact us at [18766257533@163.com] or visit our [Returns Portal] to request a return authorization (RMA).
Step 2: Pack the item securely with the original receipt/packing slip.
For prepaid labels (defective/wrong items), follow the emailed instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customer-Paid: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Prepaid Label: Provided for defective/incorrect items.
5. Refund Processing
Timing: Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Method: Refunded to the original payment method. Store credit/Gift cards may be offered for sale items.
Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is our fault).
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us first to confirm stock.
For size/color exchanges, return the original item and place a new order to avoid delays.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
Report issues within 7 days of delivery. Email photos and order details to [18766257533@163.com] for a replacement or refund.
8. Final Sale Items
All sales are final for:
Clearance or "Final Sale" merchandise.
9. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

10. International Returns
Currently, we only accept returns shipped from U.S. addresses.
